Job Description

We are looking for a Game Designer (M/F/NB) to join the team of Manfred and Agnes to bring the experience of the riders of our republic to the next level!

This project is our next AAA game and you’ll be part of the success of the years to come.

You Will Be In Charge Of

  • You can grasp the interrelation of systems and features of a game, and orchestrate the addition and improvements of systems on a large game wide and smaller feature scale.
  • With the help of the UI/UX team, make sure your features are perfectly exposed and clear for the player to ensure their accessibility
  • In collaboration with the gameplay team, you will have to prototype, iterate and deliver some new features and systems for the game’s live program.
  • Provide design documents throughout the production life cycle from high-level concepts to specific test cases.
  • You will be balancing, you’ll be testing, measuring and adjusting the setting to ensure accessibility and a deep experience. You’ll be in charge of “tweaking the numbers” directly in the game code base if necessary to balance games aspects.

Qualifications

  • You have relevant experience in Game Design and systems design.
  • You worked on complex systems like progression, economy, activities; you worked on consoles or mobile games.
  • You know how to work on multiplayer games or GaAs.
  • Teamwork is your strength: communication, listening skills and co-working is how you like to do things.
  • You have a player-centric approach. Among the team, you are riders, white knight!
  • A good level of English is required
  • You don’t mind digging into the engine and tools to get the results you need.
