Marketing Director Job Responsibilities:

  • Streamline marketing and advertising to create consistent branding and messaging throughout markets.
  • Research and identify new industries, create marketing content to support development of new markets.
  • Implement and develop new strategies, while moderating current digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
  • Create a marketing content calendar and manage internal and external parties to maintain a consistent marketing tempo throughout the year.
  • Analyze ROI. Track and respond to data across all campaigns and analyze sales attribution information to determine campaign success.
  • Create and manage sales collateral, including presentations, cut sheets, mail templates, email templates, videos, and other documents to support the sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Manage digital and print advertising campaigns.
  • Plan trade shows and meetings, assemble and coordinate requirements. Identify new tradeshow and meeting opportunities within new verticals and attend shows to assist, as necessary.
  • Manage and analyze budgets and forecasts
  • Support internal and customer communications initiatives.

Qualifications / Skills:

  • Must have B2B marketing and/or advertising experience.
  • Extremely organized and self-directed.
  • Digital marketing experience, implementing email campaigns, SEO/SEM, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of Google Ads and Analytics, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Vimeo.
  • Experience with Hub Spot or similar marketing and automation platform.
  • Basic video editing and Graphic design skills.
  • Event management with an ability to travel occasionally to tradeshows, as needed.
