About the team:
We are looking for an insights-driven marketer to oversee product marketing related to our Trust & Safety, Accessibilities, and TikTok for Good initiatives (Platform Responsibilities). At TikTok, we believe that when people feel safe, have trust in brand, their creativity can flourish, so the Product Marketing Manager, Platform Responsibilities will play a key role in influencing TikTok products, policies, and communications related to user & platform safety, data privacy, and more.
What You’ll Do:
– Help shape, and promote important Trust and Safety/Accessibilities/TikTok for Good features, narratives, and programs in North America, Australia, and New Zealand.
– Build GTM strategy for related product launches, ensure flawless execution and operations against the strategy.
– In collaboration with cross-functional teams, develop and execute a product marketing roadmap: setting measure-able results, owning user & competitive insights, shaping product & external messaging, and executing across channels.
– Work with our research and insights teams to deliver deep audience & competitive insights to be used in product decision making, and leverage product marketing levers to contribute to core metric growth.
– Work cross-functionally to improve the visibility of product marketing efforts; developing a continuous flow of communication among relevant teams.
Qualifications:
– You have 5+ years in product marketing or policy program experience, ideally related to trust & safety, accessibilities, and social causes.
– Excellent organization, project management, and problem-solving skills.
– Comfortable in an experimental and extremely fast-paced environment.
– High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
– You have a high level of integrity as well as interpersonal skills as you often act as the “glue” between internal departments.
– You are a compelling storyteller who can communicate in succinct and inspiring ways to a variety of audiences, including internal stakeholders and external audiences.
– You are passionate about identifying new growth opportunities and willing to roll your sleeves to take action.
– You have a strong understanding of measurement capabilities and analytical skills.
